How do we decide what can be built on a lot at AO

All site plans must be approved by Ben Davis, owner of AO.  John Elam can help you develop a site plan including building layout, utilities, and RV spaces and present these to the owner. 

What site utilities are available at America’s Oasis lots?

• Water and Electricity: City of Waynoka

• High speed fiber internet: Pioneer

• Sewer:  Each lot has its own septic.  There is no sharing of septics between different owners of lots

What is a standard price for a building?

We are not at this time offering pricing on specific plans as each plan can have numerous variations that impact cost.  As we have a customer centered build process we want to ensure that each build and budget reflect the choices of the owner.

 Can we do some of the work ourselves?

We are happy to work with our customers to build a plan that meets their needs.  We will strive to help any customer with their dream build as long as it works effectively and safely for all parties involved.
